• The product is returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
• The product has not been damaged through misuse.
• You provide your order number and relevant details.
• For damaged or incorrect items, you provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please include:

• Description of the problem
• Photos/videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate resolution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Refunds
